Return Cancellation Policy

Once, the goods are sold, they are non returnable & non exchangeable. The Exchange can happen only under two circumstances:

1. In case the goods received are different than the goods ordered.
2. If the Delivered Goods do not meet with the description mentioned at our store.

The Orders can be cancelled or changed only within one hour of placing the Order. Once we have processed your order & shipped out, it is impossible to cancel or change the order.

We take best care at our end to pack the goods / products ordered nicely in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. But despite of our best attention & care, the goods might get damaged due to the carelessness of the Courier Agencies. In such case, the customer has to write back to us with 24 hours of the receipt, with the photographs/ pictures of the damage caused, we will take appropriate action after reviewing the same.
